About the Role
We are seeking a Conductor — a client-facing leader who ensures every engagement is delivered in harmony. The Conductor will guide clients through the Choir Core process, manage deliverables with the internal team, and keep programs on time, on budget, and aligned with strategy.
This role is a great fit for professionals with a digital marketing background who are excited to evolve their craft into referral-driven, go-to-network GTM. You’ll act as part program manager, part client success leader, and part evangelist for modern, fan-first growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Process: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through each phase of the CHOIR framework.
- Orchestrate Deliverables: Coordinate workstreams across internal experts, technology partners, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage the Score: Own project timelines, budgets, and scope, making sure engagements stay on track and aligned to client objectives.
- Champion Referral Selling: Advocate for warm-path, network-driven approaches in every client program; educate and inspire clients on its value.
- Ensure Client Harmony: Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their advocate inside Choir GTM.
- Drive Outcomes: Monitor success metrics, proactively address risks, and ensure clients realize measurable business value.
- Feedback Loop: Capture learnings from each engagement and feed them back to improve our framework, playbooks, and partnerships.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in digital marketing, demand generation, client success, account management, or program delivery.
- Openness to learning and applying referral/network selling principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines and budgets.
- Strong understanding of GTM, with a willingness to challenge outdated approaches.
- Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complexity and inspire confidence with executives.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Asana is a plus.
